- The architecture is, in part, inspired by the Hallelujah Mountains from the James Cameron film, Avatar. The forest depicted in the film was inspired by the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park in China.
- The overall design embodies the concept of vertical forests or green skyscrapers.
- The architecture is a fusion of organic and contemporary elements, showcasing a series of undulating terraces adorned with greenery. The terraces are tiered, with each level featuring a unique curvature, resembling the shape of cascading waterfalls or layered plateaus.
- The project was launched in 2023 with Christie’s International Real Estate operating as the exclusive sales agent.
- The interior design includes elements of wood, polished stone, marble and patterned carpets. The overall colour palette is muted, with earthy and neutral tones.
